Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, Kooya receives the information you enter: your name, work email, company, role, project context, desired outcome, timeline, and any optional details you provide.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond, arrange follow-up communication, protect the form from abuse, and improve the inquiry experience. We do not sell project-inquiry information.
Providers and retention
Infrastructure, analytics, and email providers may process the minimum information needed to operate the website and deliver your message. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, security, and applicable obligations.
Website measurement
Kooya uses Google Analytics, Meta campaign measurement, and Google Ads measurement when configured to understand visits and successful project inquiries. Events can describe pages and sections viewed, buttons and links used, film and form progress, successful inquiries, and technical performance. Project messages, field values, names, email addresses, pointer coordinates, and keystrokes are not included in those measurement events.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand website interaction through session replays and heatmaps. Clarity may process browser and device details, page navigation, clicks, scrolling, and similar interaction data, and may use cookies or comparable technologies. If you successfully send a project inquiry, Meta may also receive a one-way hash of your email address plus limited browser and network identifiers. This is used to match and deduplicate the inquiry as a campaign conversion; the original email address is not sent in the conversion payload.
Your choices
You can limit or clear measurement technologies using your browser settings, content-blocking tools, or device privacy controls.
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable obligations. Email hello@kooya.ph and we will respond directly.
